Originally from Manor, Pennsylvania, Dawn Fuller relocated to the Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas area in 1989. She attended Saint Vincent College in Latrobe, PA, and later graduated from Dallas Baptist University, where she earned both her Bachelor of Business Studies in Finance and her MBA.

Dawn spent over three decades as the Finance Administrator and Controller for a Dallas-based labor union, where she gained extensive experience in financial operations, compliance, and administrative leadership. After 31 years of dedicated service, she made the life-changing decision to leave her role to pursue her true passion of helping seniors navigate the often confusing and overwhelming world of Medicare.

Driven by a deep commitment to service and advocacy, Dawn founded Fuller Benefits INC, a trusted resource for individuals, families, and retirees seeking personalized guidance and affordable health and life insurance solutions. Since its inception, the agency has expanded its offerings to include Medicare planning, individual and family health coverage, life insurance, as well as long-term care and annuity planning. Dawn takes pride in educating clients, empowering them to make informed decisions about their healthcare and financial future.
