Originally from Greensboro, NC, Brian proudly served in the United States Marine Corps from 1992 to 1998. During his service, he deployed with the 24th and 26th Marine Expeditionary Units (MEU) and was awarded the Combat Aircrew Wings for Operation Silver Wake the successful evacuation of the U.S. Embassy in Albania.

In 2003, Brian relocated to Fort Worth, TX, to join Bell Helicopter, beginning a diverse career that has spanned the aerospace, government, and healthcare sectors. With over 20 years of leadership experience in operations, financial management, and process improvement he specializes in transforming complex challenges into actionable data driven solutions. His work has consistently driven measurable improvements in both business performance and customer experience.

Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Operations from Southern Illinois University and an MBA from Dallas Baptist University. He has demonstrated a strong commitment to community development, having served for 12 years on the Mansfield Economic Development Corporation Board and currently serving on the board of Fellowship Academy.

In January 2025, Brian joined Fuller Benefits to lead the organization’s healthcare segment and marketing strategy. He brings a mission-driven mindset and a passion for innovation, aiming to expand Fuller Benefits' footprint in the health insurance market while delivering exceptional value to clients.
